Kangaroo Classic Burger

Ingredients
- 4 Kangaroo Patties
- 4 Burger Buns
- 4 Rashes Smokey Bacon
- 1 Tomato, sliced
- 4 Slices Tasty Cheese
- Lettuce
- 1/2 Red Onion Sliced Fine
- 2 Dill Pickles, sliced long ways
- Mayonnaise
- Tomato Sauce
- Salt & Pepper to Season
How To Cook
Preheat oven to 160°C.
Prepare all burger fillings.
Heat fry pan or barbecue to a medium- high heat. Drizzle the hamburger patties with oil, and cook for 3-4 minutes on one side. Flip the burger patty and place 1 cheese slice onto the patty, continue to cook for 3 minutes. Once cooked, take off the pan to let patties rest. (If the cheese is not melted, place the patties under the grill in the oven until cheese is bubbling).
Place burger buns on a tray and heat for 5-6 minutes, until warm through.
How To Serve
Let the construction begin!
Firstly, slice the burger bun in half. Squeeze mayonnaise and tomato sauce on the lid and mustard on the bottom bun.
Place the kangaroo patty topped with the melted cheese onto the bottom bun. Lay one rash of bacon, next the tomato slices, red onion, pickles and lettuce. Finally place the burger bun lid on top.
Serve with fries or wedges.
