Fast, Fresh & Tasty Gourmet Hotdogs

Ingredients
- 6 Crossroads kangaroo sausages (any flavour)
- 6 Hotdog rolls
- 6 Tblspn Hommus
- Lettuce (and or any other veggies to taste)
- Grated cheese
- Thinly sliced pickles
- Sauce (tomato, mustard, mayo)
How To Cook
Heat a pan or BBQ to medium heat. Cook the sausages 4-5 minutes, turning as they begin to brown until cooked through.
How To Serve
Meanwhile, prepare hotdog fillings, grate the cheese and slice the pickles.
Cut each hotdog roll straight down the centre 3/4 of the way through. Spread 1 tablespoon of hommus into the roll, lay the lettuce (and or other vegetables), cheese and pickles on top.
Place the cooked golden kangaroo sausage into the hotdog roll. Finally top with your favourite sauces and condiments. Simply serve with a napkin, or a plate if your feeling fancy. No cutlery required!
